You'll choose a user name (often a variation on your own name, such as johnsmith or jsmith) and you'll create your own unique password. Without knowledge of these two specific identifiers, no one else may enter your account. For added security at this level, when you enter your password, the letters and numbers that you enter will not appear on your screen; for example, the password easyname will appear encrypted as xxxxxxxx.
