I recently opened another new account with FirstMerit, but it doesn't show up on my account listing page. What should I do?
Just log in to your Online Banking account and click on Online Services, then select Change Account Info. Fill in all the required fields (indicated in bold print) then in the "Comments" section, type in your new account number, tell us if it's checking, savings, loan/ line, or CD/ IRA, include your 9-digit Social Security Number, and write "please add this new account to my Account Listing" and submit. We'll take it from there!
