What if I forget my Online Banking Password?
If you forget your Online Banking password, you should call Customer Service at: 1-888-554-4362, Option 3, then 3, (M-F, 7 am to 9 pm, or Sat, 8 am to 5 pm). After your identity has been verified over the phone, a FirstMerit representative will provide you with a temporary password that you can use as a one time to sign on to Online Banking. The system will then automatically prompt you to select new Password.
