Why do I keep getting prompted with my security questions at every login attempt?
FirstMerit's Online Banking will present your security questions whenever you log in with a browser that has not been registered. After answering your questions and providing your account password, you will be given the option to register your browser. If the computer you are using is not a public PC and you use it to access Internet Banking, we recommend that you register it with a cookie. Please provide a nickname for your browser and click the "Register Browser with a Cookie" button.
