What is FirstMerit WorkPlace Banking?

FirstMerit WorkPlace Banking is a program that provides an exclusive package of free and discounted banking services your company can offer to employees as part of your overall benefits package.

  • For added convenience, there are options for enrolling your employees:
    • Enrollment Option #1: Allow us to conduct on-site meetings at your place of business to open employee accounts (some follow-up may be needed based on required account opening processes) 
    • Enrollment Option #2: A local FirstMerit branch will hold a WorkPlace Banking event for your employees and offer convenient appointments (which may include extended hours) to assist them with their enrollment
