• How to change account name

    FirstMerit e-Connect allows you to assign nicknames to your accounts to help you recognize them quickly. To add or update an account nickname click on the Administration link.

    Note: If you do not see an Administration link you may not be entitled to this feature. Please contact your company administration to obtain additional entitlements.
  • Select the Account Names link
  • Click the Rename button
  • Enter new name
  • Click the Update button
  • Your new account name is now saved. You may return to the Account Listings by clicking on the Accounts tab.
