To access the mobile feature of Popmoney you need to enroll through online banking & validate your mobile phone number within the "Preferences" tab. To access the external transfer feature on your mobile device you need to set-up and confirm the accounts you have at other financial institutions through online banking within the "Transfer Money" tab.

Please note: FirstMerit Mobile Banking Apps are supported on these operating systems - Android™ OS 2.2 or newer, Apple® iOS 5.1.1 or newer, BlackBerry 4.3 or newer (not including BlackBerry 10). The Mobile Banking Deposit Service, external transfer and Popmoney features are not available for BlackBerry devices.

1. A Mobile Banking Deposit fee of $0.50 per check deposited applies. The fee is waived for deposits made to Reality Platinum Checking®, WorkPlace Platinum Checking and CFMA Checking accounts. 2. Payment availability is based on selected delivery speed, when recipient accepts payment and the recipient bank's funds availability policy. A delivery or request fee may apply. For more detailed information: view our Popmoney fees and limits.

3. FirstMerit does not charge to send or receive text messages as a part of FirstMerit Mobile Banking. Your phone carrier's standard text messaging charges may apply. Once your mobile phone has been activated, you may text STOP to 89836 to cancel or text HELP to 89836 for help.
